Appraisers understand that the detail required to justify a value conclusion can differ based on its intended use.
For tax calculation, loss claims, or insuring high-value collections, appraisals need thorough valuation analysis, large property images, and illustrated comparable properties. In contrast, appraisals for large collections intended for sales advisory or estate planning might require less detail, making a more concise style preferable.
That's why Appraisal Scribe offers a range of options for presenting properties in a report.
Collection Formats Options
Go to Appraisal Settings
Under Collection Style, select one of the three styles from the dropdown menu:

Compact Style is perfect for restricted or summary reports. It shows one thumbnail and property details per listing, allowing multiple properties per page without information like descriptions or comparable properties.

Extended Style includes a full valuation analysis, descriptions, multiple images of properties, market overview, and artist biographies, with artist bios, sections and properties on separate pages.

Extended Style with no page breaks has all the detail of Extended Style but allows sections, artist bios, and properties to appear on the same page.
We'd love to hear your thoughts after you try it!
